I bought a power jenn-air variety 24 months before and also have needed to demand support 7 times. Jenn-air won't protect newest phone. (stove doesn't function) They'll protect the price of the component although not the support, that could be as much as $300. Personally I think the variety I bought was a and would really like Jenn-Air to pay me for my support calls till I will proceed one or more year with no challenge.
