1st off, your on hold for 30 mins to get a rep...

But i think this company is horrible. If your even thinking of try out vonage, i suggest you free your self of that horrible thought. But i had vonage for over year and didnt have to much of a problem with the company. The problem didnt start until i called 6/27/08 trying to cancel my service. I told the lady i didnt have DSL no more cause i use a wireless card for my laptop. This woman kept trying and trying to keep me as a customer. I told her even tho i pay less than $20 bucks a month, it's a waste of having the service if i dont use it. She went a head and cancel my bill and told me if i changed my mind to call them back. But one thing she forgot to do is to inform me that there was a disconnecting fee of $39.99.

I didnt find out about that $39.99 until i got a collection letter from a collection agency. I call vonage, and stated that it's unfair to charge a disconnecting fee with out even advising someone. She went to tell me well it's in the Service Term. So i told her and im sure someone can agree with me. Most time when you read the service terms you scan to collect the important info. And to top it all off This heffa got smart with me and wouldnt even connect me with a supervisor.instead she disconnect the call.
