On August 6 I placed an order for a refurbished ps3 game console for my son. They received their payment on August 8. I went to the ir site the next day and it no longer existed. When I got my statement it had a completely different web address and phone number than what I had printed up when I placed the order. It was like the address that I placed the order at no longer existed, it was gone.
I tried to check the status of my order and kept getting a message that my order did not exist. I sent several emails and called both numbers that I have for them, the one that I printed up when I placed the order and the one that was on my card statement. I had no luck, all I got were recordings referring back to their website.
My original order was placed through bargainps3.com but the my statement showed consoles4less.com as well as a phone number. I plan on trying to work with my bank on getting this charge reversed but not sure what the outcome will be.
