After never being notified by Verizon wireless of possible termination of service in ANY way, I was charged a $15.00 re-connect charge after the person I spoke to specifically told me the fee would be waived if I made an immediate payment. SURPRIZE!!! They refuse to wave the fee.
Do yourself a favor move your service to Sprint they have the best plan available now. Unlimited everything all the time. Verizon has gotten too big and needs to lose a few customers as a reminder as to who pays their salaries.
