We purchased a bunch of hewlett packard laser printers to find all of the units we bought were used and refurbished. All the items were cleaned and refurbished stickers were clearly removed with a heat gun. Officetronics is erasing the letter "R" on the box of HP printers to make them look new. The company is run by a person named Philip Kim and Marcelo Calcagnotto. These 2 crooks are from Los Angeles and both are scam artists. Anyone ever meet these people run far away they will steal your money. I am not able to get my money back from these people because they will not return or answer my calls. Everytime I call they hang up on me. Beware officetronics is a scam. Officetronics sells nothing but used and refurbished equipment as new. Officetronics is a company you do not even want to deal with. Take it from me if I could turn back time and not deal with Officetronics I would be a much happier person. There RMA guy Gary is the worst person to deal with and would not help. I wouldn't be surpised with the RMA guy is in on this scam as well.
