This is probably going no where, big companies love to grow on small residence who struggles to live now a day, i purchased a washer from sears, not even a year yet, trusted the salesperson to buy the extended warranty, i have been with no washer for over a month, you cant reach no one on the higher end, this is horrible, just watching home makeover, makes me sick... Sears what happened to you???
