Ordered a color inkjet cartridge. They charged my card right away. No confirmation email after ordering. Then it took 3 follow-up emails and a month to get them to send it. I printed a test sheet after installing it and it was OK. The next time I tried to print a color document, the cartridge seemed to be clogged - no color printed even though the cartridge was 99% full. Tried cleaning it but no luck. It was a waste of $16.00.
