I planned the (low) support with this specific organization through Jenn-Air. I had been guaranteed they'd appear between 8-12. Once they were 3 hours late I named the support quantity and got a terrible run-around. They stated they could be there before 5.
I hope I'd not troubled together. I dropped each day purchase this nonsense. There has to be others who are able to resolve this crap.
