Bought a HP Pavilion Quad Core Computer and also purchased a 3-year HP House call Service Plan. Trying to add extra monitors to the system, system will not work even with the Vista compatible video adapters, called the HP service Dept. Explained the problem, they asked If the computer is working and can go on the internet? I told them yes and they said there is no problem with the computer they can not help any more. But if I can not add hardware to the computer it is no good to me. They were very rude and I mean RUDE. Conversation ended.
This I think is a RIPP OFF of customers by a big corporation.
