I've directv support and also the dvr ceased operating about 3 months ago. I named to determine the things they might do about that issue, at this time they delivered a discipline adviser out to my house. The area broker stated it had been only a wire finish and place a brand new wire end-on he explained which was the reason for my dvr not saving properly. Over the following 2 to 2 and 1/2 months I named at least 10 occasions to protest and attempt to obtain a fresh dvr in my experience without any luck. Today I contact to remove my support and They would like to cost me a dissconnect charge after I have'nt actually been obtaining the support I've been spending money on. 8/25/08
