I paid about $759 for my computer since February. First it was on layaway then I filled out finance info, signed forms and mailed them back. I was suppose to get my computer by July 24th and it did not come. I called customer service and was told that it was on its way and if I did not receive it I was to call back. I called back and was told that it would be her by August 13th and if I did not to call back. I called back and got some dumb excuse about Dell mailing out the wrong items to wrong people. If I do not get mine by August 21st then I would need to call back on Monday August 25th. I am also sick and tired of being on hold for an hour with customer service every time I call. I have not received my computer and if I don't get it by August 26th then I will close my bank account, file a complaint with the police dept and small claims court. Customer service is definetly horrible and it does take an hour for anyone to answer. I also wonder if Dell which is a reputable company even knows that their name is being dragged through the mud.
