Repairing XPS M1730

I bought this laptop back in 2008 and until 2012 it was running great, on July 30th i experienced a problem with my computer and did call the service department who billed me $337.87 with taxes to have my computer repaired. I received the box the next day and sent the computer in. On August 17 i received my computer back and it wasn't fixed so i had to call again and they emailed me pre-paid slip since i already have the box and sent it the next day, i received the box on Sept 13 which is almost a month later, AND IT WASNT FIXED AGAIN! I called on the same day and since then they have been telling me "We issued a box and it should arrive within 48 hours" and its bloody October 4th and the box is not here! Everytime i call and say i already have a box just email me the pre-paid slip, they say some BS just not to email me. You either fix the dam computer or give me my $337.87 cad back!
