Lied about being able to hook up another phone

I called vonage and they sent the kit right out to me and charged my bank account for it. Then had to call them as the other phone did not ring or work. They told me i had to get a technition to hook it up. Well thats not an easy thing to do as no one in our area does it. Would costs 169.00 or more to have an out of state person to even look at it.

We called a friend who works for the telephone company and he said there is no way to do it. After reading some of these horror letters about the company i wish i would have checked it out first. I thought it was on the up and up.

I am going to contact the BBB on this and everyone should do the same. Have to stop these people. Still have to call and cancel service. Talked to the bank and she said to write them a letter too. But where are they-no state is listed. Does anyone know where they are located?
