Last February I had purchased a lap top from Gateway computers.in May, my laptop stopped charging so i called the number on the back of my lap top which also happened to be long distance. I spent several minutes talking to the people at the customer service department. They told me that they would send me another adaptor which i recieved two days later, but my computer still wouldn't charge. I called the customer service dept back and they told me to send my computer in. (This was back in June) it is now the end of August and i haven't heard a word from them nor have i recieved my computer. I called another gateway number and they said that they have no record of my name or any other piece of information i had offered them.in fact they told me to call them when i get my computer back. Which is ridiculous because that is what i wanted to find out about.
