For the last year I was on an auto-refill plan with my prepaid AT&T Go Phone. It worked fine—my minutes were automatically refilled using my credit card every 90 days. On August 2, my minutes were due to be refilled, but they weren't for some reason, and I lost my rollover minutes, which amounted to about $33. I called Vesta AT&T at 866-608-3007. They said they could not restore my rollover minutes. I told them it was not my fault that the auto-refill didn't kick in this time, and they said there was nothing they could do.
So I removed my account from auto-refill in case this happened again. I think they could at least give me some free minutes to compensate for this error on their part. Their reluctance to do so is bad customer service.
