I delivered the organization this mail below. Centered on additional remarks I'll simply obtain the RMA to come back, contact my mastercard company to oppose all costs for this deceptive organization. Used to do not obtain the camera I requested. I have to return, and that I absolutely don't intend to purchase delivery or restocking because the mistakes are because of ShopDigitalDirect, NOT me the customer.

1. I put an order online for that gold Cannon XSi and obtained a dark one. I talked with Bob and he explained it had been within the business plan. Where's this outlined for customers to see? I looked online and noticed nothing of the type *because it isn't there*

Article online, I had been approached by Bob who did an excellent work of promoting me a battery and charger - used to do not understand that it wasn't involved. He also subsequently 'improved' my contact to glass vs. Plastic. Equally using the battery/charger and contact I had been informed a particular dollar price mounted on t wasn't told me/used to do not understand that the entire camera 'bundle' was exchanged. The way in which he talked, I believed these were merely included as brand products.

All of this to make the journey to my next stage: your day subsequent discussion with Bob (post online order), I named him back and informed him I needed to block out the battery/charger and desired them removed the order. Again, bear in mind it had beennot told me the entire bundle was changed, I believed these were merely included and may be merely eliminated.

I am unhappy with obtaining the incorrect shade, obtaining the batteries/charger that emerged along side that bundle, & most of being mislead. I am unhappy with being informed that it'd charge me a ton to come back the merchandise when obviously I'm not to blame on either count.

3. Therefore finally, IF ShopDigitalDirect doesn't RMA this camera free from a restocking fee, or problem a UPS collection on the price, not mine, I'm very ready to find and discover the websites, evaluation websites, BBB and all possible locations to create my issues as community as you can. I'm also along the way of publishing to my MasterCard organization to oppose the costs and also have them completely corrected.

I don't like heading this path, but sense I actually donot have a lot of an option.in dialogue with Bob today, he undoubtedly didn't abandon much space for dialogue.
