Bought a brand new Samsung alongside fridge 2.4 years back. 9 weeks before, the water filter Erupted! Crammed the whole fridge. Named Samsung, they requested to get a listing of missing food item. Provided listing. They named per week later and stated sorry, your guarantee has gone out! You are out-of fortune! Dropped $400 in foods. 2 months before, refridgerator started cold all the milk along with other products inside it. The initial issue was the water filter froze and blew up internally. Required support from replacement company, plus they changed all three circuit panels and devices! Samsung will not react to the issue. They wont return any calls, or e-mails! They might care less. Lowes Shops was good enough to displace the whole device after it had been out-of guarantee earlier this weekend!!! Thanks Lowes! Samsung does not deserve to complete business within the Usa! I'dnot buy a Samsung item aside from it is score, at 1/2 the cost! They have to clean up and return to the nation they originated from!
