In Feb I shipped parts to Gil Parent with Service Achat Partenaire in France after receiving their order. Normally we require prepayment before shipping but being that the customer had a credit on the account I applied the credit to the invoice and shipped parts in good faith. Well it's been over a year that I have been trying to collect my money. They don't acknowledge phone calls, emails, faxes etc... It took me to have to broadcast them to get some kind of a reaction and still the situation is not resolved. They owe me $4670.00.
