I called viscom for technical assistance with the computer i just purchased on MSNBC. A man named John treated me like i was stupid... I asked him to advise me of a windows xp error showing up on the screen (i just received the computer two days prior). I asked him what should i do and his curt response was" YOU TELL ME".
I asked for his supervisor and my phone went dead after a 20 minute hold... I called again on dec. 26th. And got Melanie Badge number 77 and i told her about the poor technical service from john. She then asked me "what number was the computer shipped to" I told her either it's too early or i'm just stupid but i needed more clarity regarding her question. Did she want my address? Or telephone number? She told me very snidely that my zip code was what she need. I asked her for the supervisor and i got the usual: on hold forever and another gal answered (jodi).
She's not a supervisor so here i go again. She was quite nice and told me Viscom's manager is named Mark and she was going to put me through his voicemail. Again i waited and dead silence... At this point i have no need to call again so i will write and complain about their mistreatment of me as their customer. It's ashame that with the money i've invested in this computer you would think i should be treated with some respect. I will track down this Mark Manager eventually...
