I never received my phone I purchased. I did not receive a refund either

I purchased an unlocked cell phone from their website. I soon received notification by email that the phone I ordered was on back order. I was given option of waiting for it to come in, or click on the consumer link to request a full credit back into my bank account.

After a week, I then submitted a request of refund. I received notification that the credit will be placed into my account within 10 - 14 business days. A month later, I still have no credit in my account and my emails go unanswered.

Companies like this make it harder for legit companies with great products to sell to trusting people online. I am real leery of purchasing through the internet. I would be happy to get my money back and move on through this $162.84 horrible experience.
Do not purchase from this company.
