I ordered a product over the phone from EZWatch Pro a.K.A. EZWatchStore.com a.K.A. Automated Video Systems that has turned into a real nightmare. The product came deffective from the main source, the card slot is totally useless. When I called the company, James Darnell who called himself the top head of the company, outrageously yelled at me that he would repair the product and send it back to me repaired.
I told this man that I paid for a brand new product on good working conditions so I wouldn't accept a repaired product that came deffective from their warehouse. However, James Darnell refused to send a brand new product as I paid for it.
Therefore, I asked James Darnell for a full refund. After yelling at me James Darnell refused to give me my refund saying that their company doesn't give any refunds and hung up on me.
EZWatch Pro aka EZWatchStore.com is a rip off because they sale deffective products and then refuse to honor their guarantee policy clearly stated in my original invoice:
"We guarantee all of our products for complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, return your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping & handling). A RMA number (Return Material Authorization) must be received prior to returning any equipment by call our customer support number prior to returning an item. All returned items must be shipped FULLY INSURED. This respects our right to have the items returned to us promptly, and insures the product against any damage which may result outside of your control. The returned items MUST be in 100% original condition and in original packaging."
Stay away from EZWatch Pro or EZWatchStore.com a.K. A Automated Video Systems located at Salt Lake City, Utah because their products are deffective, they disregard their own guarantee policies, and they humilliate their customers.
