I went online the 3rd week of may 08. I was looking for a lower price from the retail amount shown on the sony.com website. It did not take long to find several retailers / (online) stores. I wanted to purchase a top on the line sony KDL52XBR5 MODEL. I found many sites with very similar prices, THEN IT HAPPENED THE BEGINING OF
THE END! I purchase online from projectorexport.com filled the order form gave my credit card info and I thought that was it I was done and got what I thought was a great deal (I WAS SO SO WRONG!).

I checked on my new sonyXBR5 order the next day. I needed to confirm my order? It sounded not right, But I called, A young woman answered she asked for my order # then she put me on hold, 12 min. Later someguy answer's (CAN I HELP YOU) NO INTRO? So I tell him that I was on hold after I confirmed my order (oh we need to confirm because of online fraud)?? I ask you have a secure site correct? (well that does not mean anything) I ask for a tracking number for my order? (yea. You dont get one) well how do I know when to expect the order? (They will call you 1hr before delivery) will it be 1wk 2k? (no way free shipping ground 6wks and they will call) who will call? (the shipper) what is the name? (we use so many I do not know) I end the call.

I call back 3wks later to check in / after being on hold again same process first the woman answers then you get the guy again. He tells me it has been shipped. I end the call. 2more wks go by and I call again same deal
woman then guy on phone. He says no problem let me check on your order you should get it this week. So at this point I am beliveing that this is going to happen.

On friday nothing happens... Mon. I call again this time
I am on hold for 40min. I have to call back, tues. I call again this time 25min. Hold and then it happens, guy say yea. Can I help you, I ask about my order he says OH YEA... IT IS BACK ORDERED? I should get
it in another 6wks... I said to him that cant be I called last week and I was told that I would receive that week! His voice changes to well we did not charge your credit card anyway so you did not pay for anything! I asked for his supervisor/manager. He puts me on hold 34min. Later I give up... I call back the next day I speck to someone who says there the manager, sounds like the guy who put on hold forever... This guys gets loud with me and says do you want to
keep your order or not, I said what order there never was an order! How can something that was shipped all of sudden become BACK ORDERED!

I continue to tell this guy how bad the website is! He says I know and what! I tell hin, ;';lk';...!! And hang up!

I have never had such a poor/bad experence online ever! I wish this site would somehow be blocked so other normal buyers like myself just looking for a deal will not have to deal with this complete waste on time...
