I ordered online and they failed to send any confirmation. I did not even get an email where I placed an order. Immediately after the order was place, I called to confirm if they order was placed. RoyalCamera.com confirmed my order however, failed to give tracking information. They called me approx. 3 days later to confirm, so once again, I had a verbal confirmation.

The CS rep on the phone who failed to give me his name (no one ever gave me any names) told me my order would be right out "tomorrow". Over a week later, no word from company. I call them to track package. First, I was told it was 8pm to call back tomorrow (site states hours are until 9pm). The call was disconnected and I call back.

The rep told me the item was discontinued and my order can't be filled. I was put on hold. Another rep tells me it's not discounted but has a wait of 3-4 weeks by default. No one could explain why I was told it would be shipped last week. This company is shaky and does not complete business. They are not professional. They couldn't explain why I was not informed, why I didn't receive any confirmation numbers and all the rep would say on the phone was "WOW". The rep was in sales and ask me how I reached him.

I told him the number I called (718-336-4670) was on the web site as the number to call for CS and tracking and said with shock "You called that number and got me?" I will never order from these people. They failed to deliver and wasted 2 week of my time. Christmas is less than a week away and I have to go shopping, again.
