Heavy advertisers on eBay. I called about a camera and they got me to bypass the eBay and place the order by phone. The people I dealt with were so nasty that I decided to cancel. They told me the credit card was already charged and would be credited within 24 hours. It is a month later and I still have not been issued a refund.
I called again today and spoke with "JP" manager and he was extremely rude and nasty. He claims they are having a problem with their credit card machine. I asked to speak with the owner and he became abusive! He told me he is a manager and I would get no higher. He stated a credit will be issued within 48 hours and that it had only been two weeks. It is OVER a month! They are thieves. Stay away!
