I purchased a Nikon D200 from Sunshine Electronics. The camera was not working properly from the moment I received it. The flash that they sent did not work with this camera. I brought the camera to have it looked at and the people at a local camera shop informed me that the flash was not compatible with that camera. I bought a new flash and I was still having the same problem. My pictures were coming out black. I contacted Sunshine Electronics and they agreed to exchange my flash. They sent me a really cheap flash that is good for nothing! Anyway, I kept bringing my camera to be looked at and nobody knew why the flash was not working. I called Nikon to tell them my problem and they said that I would have to mail it to them! The camera was supposedly brand new and I was already having to send it in! Nikon asked me for my serial number and I gave them the number on my camera. They informed me that it was a bogus serial number, but told me to send it in anyway. I left negative feedback on ebay and received a call from Sunshine. They told me that they would exchange my camera for a new one IF and only IF I removed my feedback. The man then told me how to remove the feedback and told me what to write. I told him that I did not have my original box and he said that it would be no problem at all! So I removed the feedback and was told that I would receive an email with my postage in one hour. I waited several hours and did not receive an email. I called several times and was very rudely spoken to and told that I could not speak to anyone about this matter. Finally, that evening I got an email saying briefly that I would not be able to exchange my camera because I did not have my original box. Now I have spent over a thousand dollars and I have a broken camera! Nikon informed me today that these are indeed Gray Market Cameras, the serial numbers are bogus and the warranty is null and void, therefore they will not be able to work on my camera. I am highly disappointed in Sunshine Electronics, they are rude, dishonest and theifs. They have my money and I have nothing in return. Rip-Off is an understatement! I hope nobody else has to go through what I have gone through!!
