This company is the worst to do business with. They go under several different names, and have a very corrupt system on how they deal with customers. I found them through Ebay, when I purchased a camera through them. The camera was a package deal I bought - coming with a memory stick, extended battery, and warranty. The total came to $574.96. I never received the battery or the warranty with the package. When I called customer service they told me the battery was on backorder. Well It was on backorder for 3 months. Then they told me they would give me a credit - never saw it. Then they told me the warranty would be mailed, never came. When I called (over 13 times total) the manager was extremely rude and cursed at me for wasting his time over the phone (go figure Brooklyn) and lied each time just to get me off the phone. I still haven't received a warranty or battery - but instead had to go buy a battery which cost me another $55.
The worst buying experience I've ever had.
