On June 22nd my grandmother ordered a zebra print phone cover for my birthday from this site. We received an e-mail saying "This email is to confirm the receipt of your recent order from EliteXtreme.com."
After more than two weeks, on July 7th, I had still not received the phone cover so I called the number that was given on the conformation e-mail and it was busy. I called again and again desperate to get through and I finally got an answer. After being on hold, a woman told me that the product was on backorder and I would received it in 5-6 days.
Not satisfied, I looked online for any information a could find about this site, and I found all 18 reports against EliteXtreme, all about being billed, never receiving the order, and being told it was on backorder. If the products really were on backorder, they should let the buyer know or NOT sell them at all until they are back in stock!
I will wait only 6 more days, until July 13th, to get my order. After that I will call again, if I can even get through, and demand a full refund!
