I ordered a security eye from D & Enterprises in July. My cheque was cashed Aug 15. As of Jan 16, the order has not been received. I have contacted the company in excess of six emails and repeated voice messages over the last six months as well as three conversations with Dan Tompkins.
I was provided with a tracking # which confirms that the item has never been received in Canada. That information has been emailed and given to the Company to validate my claim that the item has not been received. My most recent conversation of Jan 15 was a verbal request to Dan Tompkins to refund my money of $29.95 plus shipping and handling of 6.95 US dollars. This is a follow up conversation to at least two emails requesting the same refund. Mr. Tompkins indicated that he would take money off of my refund for all on the inquires that I have made to his 1-800 # but he D & D Enterprises has not indicated that the full refund is forthcoming as I have requested.
I have been given the run around for the last size months expecting me to trace a parcel that can not be traced by anyone other than the shipper. Good business practice is to refund the money or ship another order based on customer request.
I have requested a full refund plus shipping and handling. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
