Using wrong debt card for payment that was not the subscriber for the account

Direct tv used my debt card for a large amount of money to pay off my son's account. He was the subscriber to direct tv i was not. I had called in a payment a few times to help him out and they had my card number and used it when my son had his account closed. I had called them to make arrangements for him to pay off the account but they said no payments. He closed his account as he is on a low fix income. I feel they used my debt card in wrong doing for that payment of $228.52 without contacting me. I have over drawn on my account and bounched checks that i have to take care of from my bank. I made many phone calls to direct tv and got no where until my daughter called and spoke with pam badge#100148055 the billing specialist admitting that direct tv was wrong in taking the money from my bank. Gave us this information to further my complaint in hoping you can take care of this please? Just for the record i was so upset about this happening to me that my blood pressure was so high i was in the emergency room at the hospital over all this. Not that that matters to anyone but it is very upsetting. I want to thank you for any help i can get to take care of this matter. I am also on a fixed retired income monthly and it has really put me behind in some off my bills.
