Dish TV is scamming thousands with the help of Andersen, Crenshaw & Associates, LLC

Clearlink Technologies LLC along with Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates LLC need to be legally investigated immediately! I am at my wits end. I never signed a contract with DishTV/Clearlink Technologies LLC. I called to cancel my service (just like the other person on this blog) and they said that I could not because I signed a contract.

I did not sign a contract and told them that the burden of proof was on them. I was transferred to a manager after speaking with several foreign customer service reps who are obviously instructed to be as unhelpful as possible. The manager told me that it would take 2-3 weeks to locate the contract and if they can't then I could cancel immediately. I told him that I also wanted my bill for that 2-3 week period refunded as well once they find no contract.

He agreed and promised to call back in the 2-3 weeks (an insanely long period to locate a contract by the way... Try alphabetical order). Anyway, he never called, shockingly. I called and the customer representative said that there was a note on my account that I was correct and there was no contract. I then cancelled immediately, and the rep told me everything was fine and cancelled.

4 months later I receive a collections letter for $185 from the slimeball, incredibly rude office of Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates LLC, signed by "Paul Crenshaw." I asked to speak to Paul and was told that this was funny, because "there is noone here by that name." As I type this blog, I am staring at his signature and typed name, "Paul Crenshaw!" I called to explain that it had been resolved through Clearlink Technologies and was screamed at by a nasty woman. She said that they have no information on the charge and that I just needed to pay it. I explained that I would not and that they needed to speak with their client, Clearlink Technologies LLC / DishTV. They said that they would not, and do not.

I then called Clearlink/DishTV and they said that they will not contact the attorneys even though it was their error. I've spent hours on the phone getting nowhere (many calls and hours wasted). I then demanded that they send me something in writing stating that I have a "$0 balance" and I would send it to the attorneys. They said that they cannot do that. I was furious bouncing from reps to supervisors and got nowhere. Finally they promised to send me an e-mail and letter in the mail.

They did not send either!!!

I am contacting the BBB, the Attorney General and the Dallas newspapers (where the attorney office supposedly is located.
