They had the lowest price on a GPS unit. I ordered it at $219... 2 days later I get an E-mail. To call them to confirm. They are closed the next 2 days. Religious holidays. A rep asks me if I'd like extended warranty $60 dollars for 3 yrs... includes a free yearly update X3. I accept. My understanding Is it would be $219 plus $60 or 279... Still under 300.
The product came 3 days later... I requested the least expensive mode of shipping... They sent it the most costly. And the bill said $374.99 for the deal and they "threw in" a piece of crap carry case for some unit with a big bulbous tube. I was furious. Customer "service" Rachel claimed she was the supervisor. Told me they cant sell the product for $219. This price is right on their website as I'm talking to her. Warranties are non-refundable. Etc. She begrudgingly knocks off like $30 bucks... She calculated the math for me carefully pointing out the shipping costs "for me"... And will "throw-in" some chip that "doesn't allow me to get error messages on the unit". I'm very displeased. I sent it all back and objected to the entire transaction. I don't trust them as far as I can throw them. $220 becomes $380
