Months ago I bought online a product of Sinulate Entertainment
(www.sinulator.com 1111 West El Camino Real #109-177, Sunnyvale, CA 94087)
The product and the online service related to it stopped working pretty soon. Since that moment (let's say 6 months ago) I kept trying and trying to contact theyr assistance calling them (answering machine) and writing them at least 20 emails. I never got an answer.
