Tim Bryant & his wife Chris (Christina) owners of an entertainment management company called "On Tour Entertainment, Inc. They made a fortune by placing ads on Craigslist and Backpage about 18 months ago, and I think they are at it again! They would place ads online looking for investors to pay for their concert expenses promising high interest 130% in 30 to 45 days!!! However, once they get your money by Paypal or bank wire they can't seen to answer their phone or emails.
