We took our truck to Sunnyvale Ford because it was running rough. They did a very expensive tune-up, over a thousand dollars, and gave us a list of the things that they claim to have done. To my surprise, two months later the truck broke down, and now it is clear that they did not do what they claim they did.
We had a complete check from top to bottom done by an independent certified Ford mechanic with a top BBB rating and AAA recommendation. Not only did they overcharge us, they lied about the service that was performed. Little do they know, I took photos before and after. We will be pursuing legal action.
