I am looking for assistance with a problem that I am having with a Florida based company from whom we purchased an entertainment system from on a franchise. I may be panicking too early, however as the transaction took place by phone and internet only and I have not had physical contact with this company I am becoming alarmed because we cannot get a response from them since we transferred payment on Nov 29th despite being told our shipment would go out next day.
We have had no response to numerous phone calls & emails and I wonder is there anything you can suggest we do or who we could contact in the US for assistance with this. Is there any way to check if they are still open for business at the stated address? As we are based in Ireland it’s a real nightmare trying follow this up as we are afraid that they may have taken our payment and then folded the business.
