DVD, etc. Only play in Black and White - TV's 1 channel plays color Walnut, California?

Bought a HarmonTec TV from Alco, thought it was a good deal. WRONG! It worked for awhile, but now all but TV portion only play in black and white. It says PAL/M under "Video, " "S-Video, " etc. It won't allow me to select color - I am unable to find contact information for the company to try to remedy. Alco no longer sells them and the tech person no longer works for them either... I am unable to get any information about this TV
