I mailed in all the requested materials (receipt, upc label, and rebate form) 8 weeks ago. About 4 weeks ago I called for the status and was told they ddin't get my UPC label. I told them this was incorrect since I know I mailed everything and made copies before I sent them off. But I went ahead and resent the upc label anyway. They also said they sent me a postcard, which I still have not received.
2 weeks ago I called again and they told me they received the UPC label and told me I would have to wait for more "processing". It's now been 8 weeks later. I called them again and spoke to a supervisor who told me they are still missing some information. I told him this was incorrect. Then he told me I would have to give them more time for "processing". These people are refusing to send me my rebate check even though they have received everything within the required time frame, and I have w. Aited 8 weeks.
