Remybattery.com Refuse to tell me if my order has been shipped

I have sent two emails and made four phone calls. These folks just don't seem interested in customer support. I made my order on line and would like to know if it has been shipped. It has been over two weeks and I have not heard anything from Remy Battery nor have I received my order. I have been trying for days to get an answer. Today when I call I get a female "smoker voice" who transfers me to another line - I get a "leave message" prompt. After a call back "smoker voice" tells me he went home earlier on sick leave. So why the transfer? She couldn't help me, so off to another salesman I go. He asks for me phone number so he can call my sick salesman. After another phone call, no response. To make a long story short, they want me to call back tomorrow and talk to the sickbay commando! Frankly, I have never dealt with a retail.com that couldn't tell me if my order had been shipped or not. Either give me my item or give me my money back - it's just that freekin' simple!!!
