Purchased Niko 19" monitor through Buy.com 10/07 with advertised rebate of $20.00 on purchase. As of 4/08 no rebate and virtually no response from either Niko or Buy.com as to status. Numerous emails, telephone messages and attempts to contact either party for rebate status has produced only one e mail statement from Buy.com that rebate forms were received by Niko and all was in order and that I could expect rebate in a number of weeks. Efforts to get a response directly from Niko is totally fruitless as they will not answer phones, return message calls or respond to emails. After 6 months and no rebate I am convinced Niko has no intention of honoring rebate offer and Buy.com could care less. Suggest both parties be boycotted as neither operates in a ethical or forthright manner and customer service at either is virtually non existent.
