I bought a RCA 37" LCD HD tv last year. Since the I have had it working maybe 4 months. I have had it in the repair center for a bad scaler module now for 6 months. I got the tv back from repair center and it worked for 2 months. Now it is sitting there once again for repair or DUMP status. I have contacted RCA about this issue and keep getting refered to Thompson. Well all i get is an email address that does not seem to work real well. Anyone have a better contact there? My warrenty has already expired and my tv is still messed up.
I have always been a rca fan until now. I will never again buy anything that says RCA. I am considering this a "lemon" of a tv and am seriousily considering talking to a lawyer in this matter. Maybe then someone will respond to an email or a phone call. If anyone else has a better idea please feel free to let me know.
