Our LCD 47" Television smashed down only 14 days after I acquired it After months of speaking between their "customer support" and restoration stores they ultimately picked it-up. After 3 months the repair center named it is repairs they were returning it, after it had been delivered and mounted again it worked for around one hour and next it switched off again.
I called techsupport again plus they declare that there's nothing they are able to do to assist I've to resolve this using the nearby repair center that will be the worse repair center around BTW
Should you ever require their tech-support be prepaired to hold back for atleast 20 units and that I was actually disconnected many times, these folks at Philips have no idea just how to mean the term "customer support"
I've often loved Philips gear but it was the final one.
