I sent my ipod nano in on 2/20. After a couple weeks I had not received my nano so I tried calling them, left e message, never got a return call. I tried again, finally reaching a female who said my ipod was in quality control and would be shipped the next day. It didn't arrive. I called again, got the same story and let her know that if it didn't arrive, I would start legal action. I got a nano in the mail today but it isn't mine and doesn't work.By the way, if Jeff reads this and his nano serial # is7m5523l7tjt, I have your ipod. It doesn't work but does light up.
