I purchased a Toshiba laptop from the Spokane, WA store without knowing they would be out of business within a few months. They had a 24-month no interest financing offer, which is why I made the purchase there. Once I received the bill (AFTER they closed the store), they had only given me six months no interest. After numerous phone calls, transfers & ridiculous wait times, I got through to someone that didn't speak English. They wouldn't rectify the problem. TERRIBLE customer service. No wonder they are out of business. I would like to return the computer & be reimbursed for my WASTE OF TIME! If I treated my customers like that, I would be living on the streets!
