In July I purchased a Sandisc 2gb MP3 player for $71.00 with a $65.00 rebate. The rebate was through 3 Dragons rebate. I waited till October and then tried contacting bot 3 Dragon and New Egg. I found 3 Dragon impossible to contact, so I tried working through New Egg. All of my emails were responded to by someone with very poor command of the English language. Finialy in December I got a response from someone in customer service telling me the MP3 I purchased was not the one in the rebate. New Egg and 3 Dragoons are company's that I will never do business with again.
