Under the guise of "Jtxports" and "Radmai and Partners" Cary Peterson from Simi Valley California, accepted the Order and payment for 1200 units Apple Ipod Nanos. $168,000 USD was Wired to his Los Angeles account. After 3 weeks of waiting Cary delivered 200 units Chinese MP4 players. I immediately shipped them back and demanded a full refund. After several months of playing games, Peterson finally severed all contact with me and kept all my money. Absolutely no Law enforcment agency would help in any way exept tell him he better pay it back. He never did and is still running around LA county stealing. I am offering a $5,000 reward for information on Cary Peterson, that will lead to his whereabouts and legal preseedings. I must find him. I need good info like a current physical address and any ID numbers I can get including Driver's License number etc... If possible.
I have information such as prior Banking info, Contracts, invoices etc... Enough to lead a good investigator right to him. Also, his phone number was still good but he has blocked my numbers from connecting.
