Mr. Harrell and I (Sumthin Special Ent, LLC) had entered into an agreement for Harrell to invest into a tour for a play for 5 cities for a return on his investment of $87,250.00 and MN Viking Lance Johnstone for $20,000.00 and $5,00.00 Sumthin Special Ent. LLC these guys invested in the production of the play “I want to go to Heaven, Cause Hells to Hot” Written by Jerome Benton formally of The Time Band. We had planned and setup dates and a friend Dwight Wilson introduced us to Cary Peterson, saying he could lock all our venues and radio advertising through him because he worked for Clear Channel, we met with him a few times as he was calling the venues and radio stations. All checks were made payable to Radmai and after handing them over we did some investigating into Radmai and Cary Peterson, to our findings he has a long history of theft by swindle, we called Mr. Peterson and asked for the funds back, to our knowledge he was at the presenting banks cashing them and altering the checks by putting his name on the pay to line. Mr. Peterson would not return any calls, texts and we even went to his so called office in northeast Minneapolis, after days of trying to find him, Mr. Celestine got a call from Mr. Peterson saying he was in Los Vegas NV, then we knew we had been taken. Mr. Celestine and I searched the internet for addresses for Cary Peterson and anything that could lead us to him. We fund that Peterson had registered Radmai in Denver CO, and had a P.O. Box for Radmai in Bloomington MN, and rented a one man office off Normandale Blvd and 494. Our Lawyer Paul Landry had Mr. Peterson served and also discovered that there are blogs on him, taking money from others across the USA and over $1 million in CA. Pary Peterson, Radmai and JTXports never delivered on advertising or Venue rentals. After numerous attempts Peterson did agree to meet and discuss the money and its return immediately.
