I ordered a Sony PS3 60 gig from website Electrotoysdepot.com that is claiming it is a brand new product. It states the item is in stock. My order was processed on Feb 25 by bluebeartoys.com. I found out Electrotoysdepot.com is actually bluebeartoys.com so BEWARE! I was told the order was going to be shipped within 24 hours and on the website it is in "Will Ship status and I have not received the item.
The website is no longer available and I have found a slew of consumers in the same situation as myself. I have faxed them, called them, and sent several e-mails to them and have received no response. They will not answer phone calls. I believe this is a fraudulent site and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, paypal, and the Attorney General of New York. I think everyone else should as well.
