I put in order in through Electrotoysdepot.com about two weeks ago for a PS3 60 gig and I have been patiently waiting for the arrival of it now for days. I checked the website everyday and got the same "will ship" when I went to track it.
When I e-mailed them I got a returned e-mail telling me the address did not exist. I immediately contacted my credit card company and they told me that I would have to get a a cancellation number from them, but told me that BlueBearToys had the money pending.
I tried contacting BlueBearToys throughout all hours of the day and came to the same automated voice response telling me the store was closed. The e-mail I sent them got returned to me, and there was no way of contacting them.
Consulting with my credit card company again they told me that the money was deposited to them. I asked my credit card company to get the money back because the website did not seem to be reliable and they told me it would be fine. Well it isn't.
Dont trust Electrotoysdepot.com or Bluebeartoys.com. Don't buy anything from them, they are not legit. The problem now is, I don't even know if I can get my money back and it is all my credit card company's fault.
