I have been ripped off by electrotoysdepot.com (aka) bluebeartoys.com. I purchased a playstation 3 on 2/21 with my credit card. I was charged $498.55 on 2/22 and received a confirmation that the item would be shipped.
Two weeks later the status still said "will ship". I have tried in vain to contact both businesses and get no response. I have sent numerous e-mails, faxes, and made many phone calls. I get a message that tells me to call back during regular business hours, even though the calls were made during the hours designated on the website.
I hope someone can catch the people responsible for this website. This is just plain robbery!
