Over 2 weeks ago I ordered a 2-line cordless telephone from electrotoysdepot.com. Six days later I went to track my order online which said "in process". I kept trying to contact them via fax, their online chat (which was not in operation) and email. Emails to the above were reported to my inbox as unable to deliver, permanent failure.
My husband decided to do a little online research on this company that has NO address and NO phone number. VOILA! Someone just reported the same problem as mine 2 days ago! These people truly don't exist. Anywhere - no address, no phone yet they say they have 24HR customer service. Furthermore they give you their hours. However, they fail to tell you which planet they are on!
DO NOT ORDER FROM ELECTROTOYSDEPOT.com. They are bogus - at least on this planet! My bank is now closed, so the tale has not ended yet.
